Although I was born in a small village in northern Germany, I had the privilege of growing up in South Africa — an experience that shaped both my outlook and sense of adventure.

After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Photojournalism at Rhodes University, I set off to explore the world and collect stories through my lens.

​

That journey took me far and wide: from guiding canoe trips in Namibia, to working on almond farms in the Australian outback, producing content in the Himalayas, collaborating with dog NGOs in Mexico, and eventually joining the crews of yachts that sailed across the seven seas.

These days, I’m based in Augsburg — camera at the ready and always with a smile.
